NEVAEH SAYS ADIOS AS SHE AND IMPACT WRESTLING PART WAYS
Following her loss to Havok on Thursday's Before The Impact, Nevaeh took to social media to thank Impact Wrestling for the last year as she and the company have parted ways.
She was not under contract, nor had she been since she debuted for Impact last April.
She had teamed with Havok for nearly the entire year before the team split in late-March after a loss to Knockouts Tag Team Champions Fire 'N Flava. The two were on opposite sides of a six-woman tag on last Thursday's show and she cost Havok a shot at winning the six-woman weapons match at last Saturday's Hardcore Justice.
The two faced off on Thursday's Impact pre-show with Havok picking up the win.
The 35-year-old (real name Beth Crist) started with Impact last April, debuting on the second night of the then-two night Rebellion. All indications are that she will continue with wrestling. She is married to former Impact roster member Jake Crist and the couple has two children.

Mike Bennett: “WWE Taught Me What I Didn’t Want In This Industry” (LMAO.. Boom, Zing, LOL)
Former WWE and Ring of Honor star Mike Bennett sat down with the Shining Wizards podcast to talk about his career and getting sober. Bennett went in depth on how he wants to use his own experiences to help inspire others.
“Whenever I get fans, or get people that I know that say things like that, there’s nothing else in this industry that means more to me,” Bennett said. “Because at the end of the day, winning world titles and having a legacy is great, but if you can affect somebody’s life personally, what else matters?
“To me, the best feeling I ever get is when fans come up to me and say, ‘my story helped me do this’ or ‘your story helped me do that.’ I’ve had fans reach out to me and say that just the fact that you (Mike) tweet about it led to a conversation with me and my wife where I came out to her that I had an addiction.
“Those stories, it gives me goosebumps to know that I can have an affect on people like that just by talking and just by being open and honest. I feel like we’re not open enough. I feel like we demonize people when they talk about their issues or their problems and we tell them they’re strange or weird when everybody deals with something.
Bennett continued, “Everyone either knows someone who went through an addiction, everyone has a relative that deals with mental health issues like depression, OCD, or anxiety. It’s something that is so common and so prevalent in this country, but we shy away from it when it gets brought up.
“It’s like we can’t talk about the fact that huge amounts of people in this country deal with depression, let alone the fact that we just had a pandemic and we were all locked in. Now we’re dealing with horrible suicide rates and horrible mental health problems and we won’t talk about it? Won’t be open and honest about it? I don’t have a huge platform, but I have enough of a platform that I can say to people that I don’t need to put up this false bravado. I’m human, I have kids and I’m a husband. I deal with mental health issues just like everyone else and I can still find a way to live a healthy, successful career.
“If I can do it, so can you. I think that’s important to get out because there are so many people in the entertainment industry that deal with mental health issues. And if we can stop putting on this fake perfect face that everything’s perfect when it’s not and be like I have bad days and I have good days. Sometimes my bad days are really, really, really bad. And I need you to know that that’s ok. You just have to figure it out and get through it. It doesn’t make you a bad person and it doesn’t make you strange. It makes you incredibly human.”
Bennett, who wrestled in WWE under the name Mike Kanellis, didn’t shy away from both the good and the bad from his time with the promotion. Along with his wife Maria Kanellis, Bennett was among a wave of mass cuts from WWE in the spring of last year.
“It’s funny man. I took a lot of good things away from there,” Bennet said. “Everyone always assumes I hated everything about it, and I’m bitter and this and that. It’s the exact opposite. I think people get annoyed because when I get asked the question, I just speak the truth. I don’t try to sugar coat it and I don’t try to think in my head ‘what should I say so I could eventually go back.’ People ask me a question and I’m brutally honest. Whether that’s good or bad? I think that’s my sobriety talking, but that’s just the way I have been for the past four years. Like, just be honest with it.
“WWE taught me a lot. I’d be lying if I didn’t say that some of the people I met there, that I adore. I got to wrestle at WrestleMania, I got to be part of one of the biggest wrestling companies in the world and I got to travel the world with that company. It was a lot of fun. I think the biggest thing I took away, which again, some people might take this as a knock – it’s not a knock – going to WWE taught me what I didn’t want in this industry. What I didn’t want to be. It changed my love for what I wanted. It was always WWE or bust.
“I got there and I went, you know what, this isn’t for me. This isn’t what I like. And I think that’s ok. I think that’s a positive to take away from it. In WWE, I grew as a man, I grew as a husband and I got clean and sober. There’s a lot to look at in those last three years that I was there and be like, it wasn’t all bad.
“My biggest frustration was that once I got clean and sober, I wanted to work, and WWE didn’t want me to work. They didn’t want me to do anything. I would push and push, and I’m like I’m not looking for world titles. I’m not even looking for a push. I’m asking you to just put me to work so I can prove to you that I do deserve these things. They just didn’t want to do it.”

Randy Orton Says Bad Bunny Is Now A WWE Superstar (LMAO!... Oh Wait, He Was Serious... BWAHAHAHAHAHA!)

Anyways, here's the story.
Randy Orton appeared for the first time on today’s WWE The Bump to hype his upcoming WrestleMania match against The Fiend.
As his interview was finishing up, Orton was asked if he had any closing thoughts on The Fiend, instead, Orton opted to give some praise to Bad Bunny and his performance on last night’s show.
“Ya know what? I don’t got nothin’ to say to [The Fiend],” Orton began. “What I would like to say — and this is going to be completely off-topic — but we’ve had a lot of celebrities over the years since I’ve been here. They come in and try to step into our world, and do what we do because everyone can do it, right? We make it look easy, but it is not.
“For the first time, in this manner, I can say seeing Bad Bunny come into our world. Seeing him completely halt his touring schedule, his music, any kind of thing he had going on, he stopped it dead in its tracks so he could go in the ring. I’ve seen him in there with trainers trying to get as good as he can get. Two, three, four, five hours a day. That impresses me.
“I gotta say thank you to Bad Bunny for having respect for what I do and what everyone else in the locker room does, and what WWE does. I appreciate him, as a fan, but now I can look over at him and call him a fellow performer in my world. It’s a breath of fresh air to know someone like that, with that big of a following, that successful in his own world, steps into our but treats us all with respect. That’s usually not the case when it comes to people coming backstage into our world. I’ve seen it a lot over the years.
“Although, off-topic, I feel it’s important for me to say that I appreciate Bad Bunny and the hard work that he put in to delivering last night. And he did, he knocked everyone’s socks off back here. I was watching and I know he impressed a lot of his fellow WWE Superstars. He’s officially a WWE Superstar, now, in my book.”
Bad Bunny got the pin fall victory on The Miz at last night’s show.
Nothing like toeing the company line. You just 'know' some higher up in WWE told Orton to say all that.
“Do Not Slap Leg When Kicking” Sign Appears In Backstage ‘Mania Video (Nothing Like Making It Obvious, LOL)
Last month, it was reported signs were being put around the backstage area as a reminder for wrestlers to avoid the added sound effect when kicking their opponent. Vince McMahon reportedly saw a SmackDown roster Superstar do it during a show, which apparently angered him and was the catalyst for the new rule.
Clearly, the edict is still being enforced with this recent sighting.

JAZZ LOSES TITLE VS. CAREER MATCH AT IMPACT HARDCORE JUSTICE
Jazz lost to Deonna Purrazzo in the career vs. title match that aired this afternoon at Hardcore Justice.
The finish had Jazz going for offense, but eventually fell to Purrazzo’s Queen’s Gambit. Jazz had put up her career on the line when Tommy Dreamer told her she had to put something up for her match against Purrazzo. Prior to her run in Impact Wrestling, she had been on a retirement tour.
Jazz started to regularly appear in Impact Wrestling last fall. She teamed with Jordynne Grace in the Knockouts Tag Team Championship tournament, but the team was eliminated in the second round. Last month at Sacrifice, she and Grace lost to the Knockouts Tag Team Champions Fire 'n' Flava (Tasha Steelz and Kiera Hogan).
In a match that took place earlier in the show, Tenille Dashwood became the number one contender for the Knockouts title, defeating Rosemary, Alisha Edwards, Havok, Jordynne Grace, and the returning Su Yung. As a result, she will face Purrazzo at Rebellion, Impact's next pay-per-view, on April 25.
The finish to the hardcore match had Grace hitting a Vader bomb on Havok, but Kaleb with a K pulled her out of the ring, allowing Dashwood to come in and steal the pin.
Eric Bischoff On AEW Working With Impact: “Does Anybody Give A F**k?” (LMAO!)
WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff appeared on Everything Is…with Kory and Ant on the Woodward Sports Network to discuss the possibility of AEW and WWE working together.
“No, I don’t see it,” Bischoff said. “Oh, and not for the reason that people think. Look, when I was in WWE the last time — as an executive for four months — that was right when WWE had just signed a deal with FOX three months before I got there. And so, WWE had a show on FOX and a show on USA Network. Well, these are two different companies. They’re not gonna do anything to try to help each other. They’re not, you know. It was big issue when I was there. FOX wanted their talent to be exclusive to their network. USA wanted their talent to be exclusive to that network.
“And they didn’t want a lot of talent crossing over, that’s the way networks are. If a network is going to use their platform to build a star, they don’t want to invest — because they’re investing too. They’re paying money every week for that show to be on their network. They own that real estate, so to speak, and as that talent emerges on their real estate, they don’t want that talent going over and helping another network that they’re not related to.”
Bischoff continued that he felt AEW would benefit more than WWE would if they traded their biggest stars.
“That’s like you putting the biggest star, Roman Reigns, on AEW,” Bischoff stated. “That would work out better for them than you putting somebody like Kenny Omega in a WWE. That won’t move the number for them … It’s not beneficial.”
The conversation then flowed to AEW’s current working relationship with Impact Wrestling. Bischoff didn’t mince his words about the two companies partnering up over the last few months.
“I’m sorry, does anybody give a f***?” Bischoff laughs. “I don’t. And guess what? Just because I don’t, doesn’t mean it doesn’t makes sense, but if you look at the ratings for Impact and you look at the ratings for AEW, I stand by what I said. Nobody gives a f***. It hasn’t changed anything.”
And I said the same thing ever since they started doing it. And of course the ratings show? I was right, and 'the marks' hate the fact I was right, again, or... As usual.
Kenny Omega SHOCKED (Not Really) by Rich Swann in Historic Main Event! | IMPACT! Highlights April 8, 2021
The tradition of moves badly missing continues with Rich Swann's running elbow blatantly not coming close to Kenny Omega, and Omega 'selling' it. I guess it must be a quota or something in Impact that every match, HAS to have at least one move that misses horribly. Nice to see Swann keeps the quota going.
I guess not trying to at least DO, the move correctly is a concept nobody wants to conceive here in Impact.
Oh wait, we bypassed the quota with Omega's lame hurracarana that wasn't even ;'sold' correctly.
You're supposed to hit the mat after getting the move, not bounce up and smack yourself into a corner, dumb ass.
I swear, a REAL wrestling school for some of these 'wrestlers' would actually be, a good thing. It's obvious they need it.
And nope,. here's the third bad move. Swann's Phoenix splash missed so badly, but his opponent HAD to 'sell' a horribly done move. Impact becomes Backyard Wrestling now, eh?
And THIS, was supposed to be a 'main event'. ECW's Blood Feast 93 I'm gonna be watching after seeing this shit, will have more matches that qualify as 'main event', than this shit.
I'd say this was good, but that'd be an insult to everything that qualifies under the word 'good'.

Sami Callihan & Trey Miguel TEAM UP?! (Whirls Finger saying 'Whoopie") | IMPACT! Highlights April 8, 2021
I don't see how or why Sami Callihan is pushed and hyped so much. I really don't. he doesn't nothing for me, mic wise, or talent (what there is of it) wise. There's nothing there except the feeling of me wanting to watch something else every time I see him.
Typical Trey doing highs pots that have no psychology here. Like a fucking acrobatic routine more than a wrestling match.
Larry D "sells" way better than Trey. But I guess that's the difference in who was trained correctly (Larry D), and who wasn't (Trey).
Someone really should get the balls to tell Trey that 'selling' is a good thing. Since nobody in Impact has the balls to do that, I just did it for them.

What is it with wrestlers at Impact not doing moves correctly? Is that the 'new thing' now? Just be lazy as fuck since Impact is gonna pay you no matter what?

Whoever considers jazz to be a 'legend' really has no clue as to what a legend really is. SHE, doesn't qualify.. Sherri Martel, Candi Devine, Medusa, Wendy Richtor, THOSE are legends.
Isn't his the same Jazz that 'retired' for like two weeks because nobody anywhere was willing to booker her? Yep, sure is.
Funny how when someone finally feels sorry for her and offers her a job, that 'retirement' sure gets thrown out the window with a quickness, eh?
Susan in the opening minutes of the match, 'sells' way better than most of the men on the Impact, AEW and WWE rosters. DAMN.. Does that say alot.
Jazz has influenced so many wrestlers, male and female? BWAHAHAHAHAHA! In what universe is that true? Please, name five people she's influenced. I'll wait....

Jazz's throws on Susan out of the corner looked lame as fuck. Like she wasn't even TRYING, or WANTING to do the move correctly. Is this how she's supposedly 'influenced' people? Influence them to do moves in the worst manner possible?

Thank God I only watch these highlights because watching the whole show? Would be nauseating. That's how bad this shit is.

Eric Young didn't take ANYONE out, Ryno and Deaner did, so the title of this video is a lie.
Eric Young kept saying "His blood is on your hands" but where's the blood? OOHH, there is none.. No blood, HHHMMM. Guess someone forgot to add that aspect to the angle, eh?
Ryno nailed James Storm with the worst looking Gore I've ever seen. He didn't even TRY to do it correctly and Storm didn't even 'take' the move correctly.
Whoever thought this was good? Is wrong.. This was fucking pathetic to watch.
