Since Meltzer AGAIN has no clue on how to post a link. I'll do it for you. Sinclair’s Purchase of Tribune Likely to Win Approval of Justice Department

A story on the update of Sinclair Broadcasting's purchase of Tribune broadcasting is on Meltzer's(F4/WON)_ Webpage 'daily report' today. BUT. Again Meltzer can't seem to be able to post the proper link to the story. So you can thank me for doing it for him, again.

Someone email him and tell this is twice in two days he's fucked up. Lord knows he'll get pissy if I do it. :)

For anyone who lives in Texas.

There is a show on 12/17 in Kennedale, TX at the Soccer Zone Arena with Penta 0M & Rey Fenix vs. M-ximo & La Mascara, Black Taurus vs. Keith Lee and Sammy Guevara vs. Flip Gordon vs. Ultimo Ninja vs Draztick Boy.

Macaulay Culkin was at last night's Bar Wrestling show in Southern California

he interfered in one of the matches. Joey Ryan & Candice LeRae were teaming with Santa Claus (Dick Justice) against Peter Avalon & Ray Rosas & Swoggle. Culkin interfered and helped Justice get the win by having Culkin recreate the character and moves in the first Home Alone movie. Other results form last night in Baldwin Park: Scorpio Sky b Hot Young Briley (Dolph Ziggler's brother), Heather Monroe & Laura James b Delilah Doom & Solo Darling, Eli Drake b JTG, Taya Valkyrie b Raisha Saeed (Cheerleader Melissa), Reno Scum b Super Panda & Luchasaurus, Brian Cage b Ethan Cage. So Panda in a matter of weeks worked on shows with Macaulay Culkin at ringside and Luke Perry in the audience. Marc Raimondi of MMA Fighting has footage of the finish

He's based in Australia and this particular issue Meltzer actually liked. :) Dan has other zines and I'll be in an upcoming issue of one of his other ones called "Feed The Gorilla" (that covers Wrestling and a mish mash of other things). It'll be on my view/ opinion of Billy Corgan's NWA (which I was actually asked, to write about. So that's a rush in itself. :) )

PODCAST REVIEW: What A Rush Podcast with Road Warrior Animal, Joe Laurinaitis

Interview Highlights: Bruce Prichard talks about how era wrestler grew up can determine their inspiration, management issues in TNA, what Morton did well

The following are highlights of Ricky Morton’s interview with Bruce Prichard on “The School of Morton” podcast during which he discusses memories of working for Vince McMahon in WWE, what he inherited when he walked into TNA, and his thoughts on what talent should be doing today. These highlights were supplied to PWTorch.com by the podcast producers…
•On talent and personalities in wrestling: “When talent/guys look at coming into the business, who did they grow up on, who did they idolize, who did they want to be like? You know you had your Hogan Era where guys came out and they wanted to be like Hulk Hogan. You had your Warrior Era where guys wanted to be like the Ultimate Warrior. Then as time progressed you had Bret [Hart] who kind of broke that mold and now people wanted to be like Bret. So you look at who the top guy is and who the successful guy is. People wanted to be Ric Flair. The issue is that when you have such a strong personality Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, The Ultimate Warrior, Bret – all of these guys that were top guys. Instead of trying to emulate them and be them… do something different. Find something different so that the next generation wants to be whatever the hell you are. Not just a copy of something else.”
•On working for TNA and what he inherited in talent relations: “What I found was… kind of it was a bit of a mess to say the least. And fortunately no matter who they put in to that role or into that situation nothing was ever going to change unless something at the top changed. What I mean by that is not just Dixie [Carter], but her mom and dad and being able to allow people to… you know they had some qualified people that were in positions that they could have done something, but they were second guessed by people that had built power plants for a living.”
•On watching Ricky Morton and what talent should do: “He is selling. When it’s time for him to go, he goes. But up until that point he brings the audience into the arena and into the ring with him and so they’re helping him every single piece of his comeback is with the audience. The audience is throwing every punch, and every kick, and every arm drag, and every dropkick… and you feel it. That’s the difference. When guys say, ‘Well, hey man, what do I do?’ I was thinking – I said, first problem. Don’t think. Feel! Stop thinking about what you’re going to do. Just go out there and feel it and what do you feel you should do.”

Scott Hall Reportedly Starts Incident With WWE Legend At Fan Convention

WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall was involved in an incident with WWE Legend King Kong Bundy back in late November in Staten Island, New York.

The incident happened at a fan convention but it was discussed by Brutus "Ed Leslie" Beefcake and former WWE announcer Sean Mooney on Mooney's "Prime Time" podcast on MLW Radio, which you can find at this link. Apparently Hall had shown up late for the event after disappearing earlier. The latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Hall was "messed up" and started yelling at Bundy, who got tired of the verbal abuse and went after Hall.

Beefcake commented that Bundy went after Hall and ended up getting his hands around Hall's neck.

"He was in a vodka rage and started messing with the wrong guy, King Kong Bundy, and things went bad for him," Beefcake said.
