From Killer Kowalski's International Wrestling Federation in 1993, here are the closing moments of a match in Middleboro, Massachusetts between IWF Heavyweight Champion Mad Dog Richard and Terra Ryzing (HHH AKA Paul Levesque) that ended in Triple H's first-ever championship win. Wikipedia (and apparently HHH's workout book) incorrectly states that this match took place in July 1992, but it was March 27, 1993. Terra was accompanied to the ring on this night by Vito Carlucci AKA radio personality Scorch. Richard Lannon is the referee.

Rougeau is managed by "GQ" John Rodeo, who is making his pro wrestling debut.

The new Control Your Narrative promotion co-founded by former WWE wrestlers EC3 and Adam Scherr (fka Braun Strowman) tweeted Thursday that a network TV deal is "imminent."
From the tweet: "The one thing missing for CYN to 'become who they are supposed to be' was a proper platform and network distribution. That has been achieved."
Called CYN: Live, the group announced two shows: Saturday, March 5th at the Tin Roof in Orlando, Florida, and on Thursday, March 31st at Gilley's in Dallas, Texas, as part of WrestleMania week. The Dallas event will be taped for their new TV show.
Talent for those shows includes NWA World Champion Matt Cardona, Impact World Champion Moose, John Skyler, Matt Sydal, Marina Shafir, Westin Blake, Matt Taven, EC3, and Scherr.
Additionally, Killer Kross will be on the March 31st event that will also include "a panel of nostalgic legends who will be making an announcement that can very well change the course of wrestling consumption forever." That announcement might be the aforementioned TV deal.

Wade Keller of PWTorch reported that the former Chief Brand Officer was disliked in AEW. Keller mentioned how nobody had “anything nice to say about Brandi Rhodes and her disposition or popularity behind the scenes.
Of course Wade had nothing to back up these ASSumptions (guys like him, Dave Meltzer and Mike Johnson never do which is why they always get caught so easily when they make shit up), no proof whatsoever which is why Red Velvet and Nyla Rose, two women who shared the locker room with Brandi, have come to the defense of their former colleague. They immediately 'checked' Wade and put him in his place.
This is precisely why, we here at Wrestling Past And Present don't even attempt, to report bullshit like that, because nine times out of ten? It IS bullshit.
I mean I know the Pro Wrestling Torch isn't what it used to be, and their webpage sure has gone downhill over the last year or two since they don't have breaking news that often, and it's more podcast stuff and rehashing what Meltzer and PWInsider put out first. But DAMN, make shit up to try and get yourself relevant again?
You can see how well THAT worked out for him, below, LOL!
This match from early 2016 features two of the top rising stars in wrestling Gino Medina vs former WWE / NXT Star Keith Lee.

"After a nearly two-year absence, Future Stars of Wrestling (FSW) returned with MECCA VII-DOOMSDAY at the Silver Nugget Friday night. Killer Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux made their triumphant return to Las Vegas after becoming 2X NXT Champion, he was back against the Samoan WEREWOLF. The Las Vegas native received a hero’s welcome, and many fans in attendance were adorned with his merch. Kross said prior to the bell he was, “…here to Kill.” He would need that mindset against an opponent as tough as former MLW World Champion."
