The sad part is, Russo comes off sounding just like one of the 'marks' you see in wrestling groups. Says the exact same thing the 'marks' do, yet he couldn't do any better and hasn't in any way.
In an interview prior to WWE WrestleMania 42, WWE CCO Triple H discusses "ebbs and flows" throughout the year. Sounds like excuses for bad creative. Vince Russo and Jeff Lane discuss this and Darby Allin winning the AEW World Championship on the April 15, 2026 AEW Dynamite.
This whole incident not only screwed up a business that ran many wrestling events (and not just one company, quite a few different companies have come through the Eagles Club), it ruined a place for those said companies to come back to and.. it shows that certain ahem, 'wrestling companies' need to re-examine HOW they want to get 'heat' at shows. Because this bogus bullshit cost a whole bunch of people some money.
Hope that lame ass attempt for hear was worth it.
Some people shouldn't even be running a wrestling company, let alone thinking that this, was a 'brilliant' idea.

Ospreay's view on selling, and my view (and most fans, workers, etc who have an I.Q. higher than a doorknob are wwaaayy the fuck different in every way. Maybe the people who trained him there have no clue what selling is, BUT... As a guy who has watched Japanese wrestling and who has Masa Chono in his all time top ten (and Chono was trained by Lou Thesz who would 'make' you sell, if you didn't 'sell'), along with Mr. Saito as another favorite. Japanese wrestlers who were taught correctly KNOW HOW TO FUCKING SELL!!
So I guess this is Will's admission that he had shitty teachers who also were taught by shitty teachers which is why he has this shitty and wrong aopinion when it comes to 'selling'.
Okay, got it, thanks for explaining , you're lack of knowledge of what 'selling' really is now makes sense.
