The legacy of the National Wrestling Alliance is tied to the great list of champions who have represented this great organization.
in 2017, the NWA focused their efforts on the famous TEN POUNDS OF GOLD covering the stories and lives of Tim Storm, Nick Aldis and Cody Rhodes.
Starting at #NWA70, the NWA National Championship returns bringing with it the legacy of the men who have carried that title and all titles like it in the past.
On 10/21/18 in Nashville, TN, eight men will walk in hoping to be the next champion. Scorpio Sky, Mike Parrow, Ricky Starks, Willie Mack, Colt Cabana, Samuel Shaw, Jay Bradley, and Samuel Shaw will compete at this historic event to be the first to hold this new Championship.
Evolve Seminar And Tryout Featuring Robbie Brookside
We
have some important news about the WWN Seminar/Tryout.
NXT Coach and UK legend Robby Brookside will replace Johnny Moss as the special guest trainer at the October 28th Seminar/Tryout.
WWN has scheduled three Seminar/Tryouts in different regions of the country for the remainder of 2018. They will be:
-October 28th in Ybor City, FL
-November 9th in Livonia, MI
-December 16th in Long Island, NY
We are now accepting applications for all WWN Seminar/Tryouts. This is open to wrestlers, referees and managers. You must have completed a reputable training course to be accepted.
We will announce more info on the November 9th and December 16th Seminar/Tryouts soon. Right now we have all the info for October 28th. Here you go:
We are happy to announce that at least one participant of the October 28th WWN Seminar/Tryout will be selected to go to a NXT TV Taping as an extra (provided you complete the requested documents and tasks necessary). Badass Delray, Max Humberto (Castellanos) Shane Mercer and John Silver have each had matches on NXT TV after being selected from the WWN Seminar/Tryout. In addition, talent from this WWN Seminar/Tryout will be booked on the EVOLVE event that night in the same venue.
This is a real opportunity to get booked in the WWN Family. We have seen talent booked in EVOLVE, SHINE, FIP, Style Battle, WWN Supershow and ACW after being discovered in a WWN Seminar/Tryout. Several have even earned contracts.
The October 28th WWN Seminar/Tryout will consist of:
-NXT Coach Robby Brookside will conduct an in ring seminar. He will teach the techniques you would learn at the WWE Performance Center!
-WWN VP Of Talent Relations and WWE Creative Consultant Gabe Sapolsky will give an updated lecture on how to get booked.
-Each participant will get a 5 minute tryout match. This will be filmed in HD with multiple cameras. You will be given this footage to distribute however you want.
-Sapolsky and Brookside will be scouting the tryout matches for the potential NXT and WWN Family bookings.
-You will receive an evaluation after the Seminar/Tryout with strengths to build on and weaknesses to improve on.
The WWN Training Center in Largo, FL will host a special seminar with World Of Sport legend Marty Jones on October 27th. This is the man who trained William Regal and so many other UK greats. This will be your only chance to train with Jones. We have a discounted rate if you want a full weekend learning experience by participating in this seminar and the WWN Seminar/Tryout.
