Pro wrestling returns to the Cobo Center in Detroit on Saturday night at 7 p.m. with a cage match with Abyss & Crazzy Steve vs. DBA & Malcol Monroe III, a three-way ladder match for the Midwest title with Gavin Quinn defending against Rockstar Spud and Hakim Zane, Mia Yim vs. Mercedes Martinez, Al Snow vs. Shane Douglas, Zach Gowen vs. Kongo Kong, Pepper Jack vs. Kid Canuckin a minis match, Jimi V vs Mark Gjoka, Joe Coleman vs. Mahabali Shera and Buff Bagwell & Jaimy Coxxx & Eddie Venom & Movado vs. Petey Williams & Johnny Devine & Cody Deaner and a mystery partner. There will also be a convention from Noon to 6 p.m. with a number of former stars of the Big Time Wrestling era, including Domenic DeNucci and Thunderbolt Patterson, plus Jim Cornette and Santino Marella...

  • MLW announced Totino's at the official sponsor for Thursday night's show at GILT Nightclub in Orlando. The show will air as an iPPV three days after with the return of Tony Schiavone as an announcer, working with Rich Bocchini (Rich Brennan inn WWE). The card has Ricochet vs. Shane Strickland (who was in the incredible match with AR Fox this past week on Lucha Underground), MVP vs. Sami Callihan, Jeff Cobb vs. Tom Lawlor, Santana Garrett vs. Mia Yim, Jason Cade vs. Darby Allin, Jimmy Yuta vs. MFJ, Martin Stone vs. ?, plus matches with former UFC fighter and WWE coach Seth Petruzelli, Mike Parrow and Barrington Hughes.

    Defy Wrestling out of Washington has sent a letter to the former What Culture promotion which is changing its name to Defiant Wrestling. Matt Farmer of Defy Wrestling said they have trademarks on both Defy Wrestling and Defyance Wrestling and have asked them to reconsider using that name.
