Austin Aries Reportedly Suffering From Minor Concussion, News On His Status With Impact Wrestling

Former Impact World Champion Austin Aries lost to Johnny Impact at Bound For Glory two weeks ago, and proceeded to walk out of the arena after exchanging words with Executive Vice President of Impact Wrestling Don Callis. A lot has been speculated about Aries's walkout and his contractual status with Impact Wrestling, 
Several sources spoke about Aries suffering from a minor concussion, and that he was physically beaten down. It's also noted that there are more layers to the story and what went down at Bound For Glory, and revealed that Impact Wrestling did not confirm, or wasn't aware of the concussion.
Regarding Aries's contractual status, it's been revealed that Austin's contract with Impact Wrestling has indeed expired, and a new deal hasn't been signed yet. It's been  further noted that Aries was present in New York on 10/8 for the first day of TV tapings, but was sent home and the script had to be rewritten. Finally, It's also speculated that the entire story had a Pillman-esque vibe, which was evident during the build-up to the Bound For Glory match.

Thanks For Stating The Obvious- Hulk Hogan Admits To Holding Down Younger Talent During His Career

Hulk Hogan recently gave an interview to the Orlando Sentinel and Hogan was asked about the rumors of him holding down the younger talent when he was at the helm. The Hulkster said that the rumors were indeed true, and admitted that he stayed at the top for as long as he did because of those actions.
"Once I got in the spot, to keep the spot, that's where the politics came in", Hogan revealed. "Everybody goes, `Well, Hulk Hogan was a politician.' Well, thank God I was. That's why I made more money than anybody, that's why I kept the belt longer, that's why instead of a five or six or ten year run like The Rock or Stone Cold or different wrestlers, I had a 35 year run on top."
