506 Sports, a TV Sports website, has tweeted that if the Braves/Cards Game 5 runs late tonight, and it starts at 5 pm, the Dodgers/Nationals Game 5 slated for 8 :30 pm will begin on TNT.
That will push AEW to TruTV, where it would air there in full.
This could be a major monkey wrench potentially in any Week 2 ratings data, given 3 of the games in the Braves/Cards series have run over 3 hours and 30 minutes.
The current plan is to simulcast AEW Dynamite on both TNT and TruTV starting at 8 PM.
If TNT is needed for baseball, as noted earlier, the show will simply air on TruTV.
Should the MLB coverage not bleed over onto TNT, the two cable networks will still run AEW tonight.
