Teddy Hart, who had been in custody since October stemming from a number of
charges brought against him following a January arrest in Texas, had all charges
dropped and is returning to the ring this weekend in Pennsylvania.
Hart had been charged with hazardous traffic violation, attempting to evade a lawful arrest and allegedly operating a vehicle without consent of the owner, among other charges.
Hart commented on the situation via Twitter, writing:
