Matt Cardona On His GCW Title Win: “I Am The Face Of GCW” (Whirls Finger And Says "Whoopie")
Going from WWE Reject to Impact to now "Being the face" of a garbage wrestling company.

If people really think THIS, is some sort of 'great' accomplishment, then it shows you how shallow and clueless today's "Marks" really are. I mean seriously, who really wants to be 'the face' of a garbage wrestling company?
When it comes to wrestlers who are truly serious about their careers? The answer is, nobody.
And how has Game Changer Wrestling "Changed" the game? It hasn't and the only ones who can't seem to realize it? Are the people who own and run Game Changer Wrestling.
Kind of like Jeff Jarrett thinking he was a main event caliber wrestler and the only person who couldn't 'get it' that he wasn't, was Jeff Jarrett. Same thing.
So if Matt thinks being the 'face' of a garbage company is a HUGE accomplishment. Then he set the bar really low for himself when it comes to success now that he's away from the horrible WWE system.
Pretty sad that his wife seems to be more over now that she's able to appear on shows, than he is.
But, that's just the way, the world is.
Matt Cardona beat Nick Gage to become the new GCW World Champion last night at GCW Homecoming (Night One). This marks Cardona’s first World Championship in his 17-year wrestling career.
In a post-match interview, the former Zack Ryder admitted he feared a death match’s violence, but emphasized that the reward outweighed the risk.
“I’ve been scratching and clawing my entire f–king life, my entire f–king career,” Cardona said. “Did you really think I was scared of Nick Gage? Of course I was afraid of the violence, but I wasn’t afraid of the destruction that would happen in that ring. Look at my body. I’m covered in blood, I’m scarred up, but it was all worth it.
As for his future in Game Changer Wrestling, Cardona noted he isn’t going anywhere.
Sure he is, he's going to the next Impact Wrestling TV taping, LOL! These clowns now really should be careful what they say cause words have a way of making them, look like real fucking morons.
“This isn’t a one-and-done. This isn’t a Lawrence Taylor at WrestleMania, first time, last time,” Cardona continued. “I am the face of this f–king company. I am ready to take GCW to new heights. I am the face of GCW, and a face with teeth.”
And THAT, considering what the company is, isn't something to be really proud of.

Serial fraudster arrested in international pro wrestling scam in Hamilton, Ontario Canada
A serial fraudster has been arrested by Hamilton police in connection with a pro wrestling memorabilia scam.
Jacob Miranda, of Hamilton, has been charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000, and one count each of fraud under $5,000 and fail to comply probation. The 29-year-old was arrested Monday following a five-month-long investigation into a number of frauds involving the online sale of pro wrestling collectibles.
Investigators say the victims were from outside of Canada.
“Miranda is active on pro wrestling social media sites and uses his picture when conducting business but has been known to use multiple aliases,” said Hamilton police in a news release. In 2012, Miranda was convicted on 27 charges including fraud in a nationwide concert and sporting ticket scam. In 2015, he served roughly 18 months in jail for selling fake concert tickets online and two years later, he was charged in an alleged sports memorabilia scam.
Investigators believe there may be more victims. and are asking anyone with information that could help police with the investigation to contact the Hamilton Police Major Fraud Unit at 905-546-3840.

Jim Ross On Which AEW Star Is “The Closest Thing I’ve Seen To Stone Cold” - Gee, I WONDER Who THAT Could Be (Rolls Eyes)
WELL, The "Marks" are wrong again, and they now can thank "Good OL'" J. R. for it.
For months and months AEW "Marks" on Facebook and YouTube have all whined, cried and complained when I openly said over and over again that John Moxley was a bargain basement Stone Cold Steve Austin wannabe (Emphasize strongly on 'wannabe' ). I was one of the very first people to outright call him "Stone Cold John Moxley and wouldn't you know? The "Marks" got all up in their oversensitive feelings about it.
They called "Bullshit", claimed I "didn't know what I was talking about", and claimed I was just a "complaining WWE Fan", when i don't even watch WWE programming.
That right there, tells you how dumb, these AEW "Marks" are.
But Lo and behold? "Good Ol' " J.R. came out and said it himself. Said the very same thing I said, which now put everything the "Marks" have said to me to shame.
I wonder just how stupid, those "Marks" are feeling right about now (smiles).
So sorry there, "Marks" you once again are wrong and I as usual, am correct. I know it sucks that the "Marks" realize again, they really have no clue and that i as usual know what I'm talking about. BUT.. That's just the way, the world is.
Some day the "Marks" will have to come to accept that.
So here it is, Jim Ross saying wat I've been saying all along. Kinda hard to ignore my facts when the "Voice of Wrestling" says the same thing I do.

“Stone Cold” Steve Austin is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers in the history of the business. On the latest episode of the Grilling JR Podcast, AEW commentator Jim Ross spoke about which All Elite Wrestling superstar reminds him most of Austin. Ross was linked to Austin’s entire career as the main commentator during the Attitude Era and even had Austin inducted him in the WWE Hall of Fame.
“[Jon] Moxley is the closest thing I’ve seen in pro wrestling like Stone Cold, since Stone Cold,” Ross said. “Attitude, body english, facial expressions, legitimate intensity, absolutely phenomenal.”
AAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! maybe Ross better get his eyes checked because while Moxley does do the 'no selling' 100% he doesn't have the size to poull off being a stone cold, anything. They say imitation is the best form of flattery.
WELL "Marks" not in this case. The sooner you can come to accept that the sooner you can stop looking so dumb when you try and brace me on this topic.

Thunder Rosa Leaves The NWA For AEW (And How That Was Allowed To Happen)
Thunder Rosa is officially All Elite. (Sarcastic "yay" added here)
AEW announced this afternoon that Rosa has signed with the company, welcoming her to the team.
I know that I'm one, of many fans who are thrilled with this because she was doing great with the NWA. And knowing how AEW botches everything they get it'll just be a matter of time before they botch her push or botch how they present her.
When it happens, you can come to me and tell me I was right, again. I usually am when it comes to things like this.
Rosa, who is also celebrating her 35th birthday today, responded to the announcement and called the signing one of her biggest accomplishments.“Never in my life doubt that I would be where I want to be! Today one of the biggest accomplishments in my career has been announced! #lameramera Is FINALLY WHERE SHE BELONGS,” she wrote.
Rosa made her AEW debut back on the September 2, 2020 Dynamite show, while still the NWA World Women’s Champion. She defeated Serena Deeb that night, and then would lose to then-AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida at All Out just three days later. She has continued to work for AEW and the NWA since then, while also making a few indie appearances. Rosa appeared at Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary event this past Sunday for a “one-shot deal” appearance, as the surprise opponent for Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo, who retained. Rosa had been with the NWA since October 2019. She won the World Women’s Title from Allysin Kay at the Hard Times 2020 pay-per-view, becoming the first-ever Mexican born wrestler to win the strap. She then dropped the title to Serena Deeb back on October 27, 2020 at a UWN/NWA Primetime Live event, holding the title for 277 days. Rosa indicated earlier this year that she was looking forward to becoming a free agent in 2022, and that she was under contract to the NWA through the end of this year.
Thunder Rosa was able to sign with AEW after a buyout was reportedly orchestrated with the NWA. The news wasn’t a total shock as Rosa has been working with AEW, but the fact that she was able to sign with the company was a surprise because her NWA contract ran through the year. We noted before that Rosa had talked about being excited over her free agency in 2022, and that her NWA contract ran through the end of this year.
In essence a buyout of Rosa’s NWA contract was worked out. There’s no word yet on specifics of the buyout, but we will keep you updated. Rosa reportedly requested her NWA release as far back as 2020, but that was rejected at the time.
It was also noted that AEW officials, especially boss Tony Khan, are very careful about not tampering with contracts. AEW reportedly wanted to play by the book with the Rosa – NWA situation. It’s been reported in the past that Khan and NWA owner Billy Corgan have often worked together directly, but it remains to be seen if they personally handled the Rosa deal.
Rosa defeated KiLynn King on this week’s AEW Dark episode. She also worked Wednesday’s Elevation tapings in Garland, TX, for a match that will air next Monday night. Her local opponent has not been identified yet.
Let's hope that AEW doesn't fuck it up like they have with 90% of the other talent they have and fucked up.

Mark Henry On What Areas AEW Can Improve Upon (But Is Too Scared To State The Obvious, It Seems)
Does he admit that their product is more like "WWE Lite" in many aspects? Does he acknowledge that AEW could improve on their illogical booking, the 'no selling' that 90% of their roster does, or how the product as a whole just sucks?
The answer of course will be no.
He sees it just as many many other fans see it but like Jim Ross, Chris Jericho, Tully Blanchard, Jake Roberts, Arn Anderson, Dean Malenko and Jerry Lynn.. They're just there to milk the "Money Mark" Tony Khan for a paycheck and don't have the balls to tell Khan the truth.
God forbid if you were to upset the oversensitive "Money Mark" by telling him the owner of the company that he shouldn't be writing a booking a fucking thing, and that the guys he has as EVP's shouldn't even be trying to book a fucking thing because they have no clue how to really do it. As long as the checks keep clearing, fuck it, eh?
Yeah, God forbid, someone could actually scrape up the balls to do it.
So the following is what you get, Henry toeing the company line cause he's getting a paycheck from them to pretty much, do nothing.
In an appearance on the Battleground Podcast, AEW’s Mark Henry was asked what areas AEW could look to improve in as the company continues to grow. Henry went with his usual answers; strengthening media outreach and giving back to the community.
“We have to do more of this,” Henry said, referring to the podcast. “Marketing and creating relationships with the media. Not just the big media but the grassroots media, podcasts, companies that are interesting in pro wrestling, not only to market, but just fans. And community involvement. We will be reaching out to people who are terminally ill, as I will today on Twitter after I get through talking to you guys.
“We’re going to go to the Boys and Girls clubs in the communities that we go to. The Special Olympics, Wounded Warriors and different things that deal with our military. There’s something coming up in Jacksonville where the police officers that train the K9’s, we’re going to go and pick up those guys. So it’s like, we’re going to touch everything we can in the communities we go to, to let people know we’re not just trying to take. We’re trying to give as well.”
Prior to joining AEW, Henry had spent his entire twenty plus year career working for the WWE. Asked if he was happy that was the only place he wrestled or if he would’ve liked to have branched out more, Henry had a surprising answer.
“I wish that I could’ve spent a little more time working in Japan and working in Mexico,” Henry said. “But I traveled all over the world. I went to those places, it just wasn’t for an extended amount of time. You go into Japan for two days and you work a couple of places. Yokohama, Tokyo, get back on the plane, come home. We did Monterrey, we did Mexico City, we did Pachuca, we did Puerto Rico, we did the Dominican Republic. We would go up to Canada and do every province. There was no place left untouched. Now I want to do that with AEW.”
Henry was also asked about AEW’s partnerships with other companies like Impact Wrestling, NWA, AAA and New Japan. Focusing more on AEW’s crossover with Impact, Henry voiced his approval of AEW working with other promotions.
“I thought ‘what a novel concept,”‘ Henry said of the idea. “Give the fans what they want and not have it be one sided. And I think that, coming up, it’s going to be really interesting to see a relationship between Jay White and Kenny Omega, what’s going to happen. Jay pretty much ran Kenny out of the Bullet Club, out of Japan. And now here they are back in America, where people can see them, on a week to week basis in Impact. It’s going to be good, it’s going to be good for pro wrestling.”
This led to Henry being asked if a potential supershow between AEW and other companies would be a good idea. For right now, Henry feels it isn’t necessary due to AEW already using talent from other promotions.
“I think AEW is doing it on its own,” Henry said. “We don’t really need anybody else to do that. It’s cool to have the Forbidden Door and to be able to work with Impact and (NWA) Power. It’s more organized than something that’s a collective. I don’t necessarily think that it’s needed because we’re already doing it.”

WWE released some new Braun Strowman shirts for sale on their official website tonight. Which makes so much sense since they FIRED THE GUY! hhahahahahahahahahaha.
Yeah, they sure do know how to 'micromanage' things there at WWE, eh? LMAO!
Whether that's a sign of something greater than the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing or not remains to be seen.
Strowman was released by the company back in June, but they obviously retained the rights to the trademark and copyright for the character. Still, it's completely stupid for WWE to release new merchandise for someone they had cut from the company. Especially when they'll probably gain better success somewhere else.
But hey, bravo WWE, bravo. nice to know your 'micromanaging skills' are 'top notch', LOL!

LAWSUIT AGAINST FORMER WWE PERSONALITY TYRUS SETTLED OUT OF COURT
Deadline reported that Britt McHenry has departed Fox News after reaching a settlement over a sexual harrassment claim against George Murdoch aka Tyrus (the former Brodus Clay during his time in WWE.) Both parties filed stipulation for voluntary dismissal of the case on Monday in federal court.
Fox News Media issued the following statement:

Tyrus' attorney, Tom Clare, issued the following statement:
"Tyrus is pleased that the parties have reached a settlement in which the claims against him will be dismissed with prejudice. Tyrus continues to dispute and deny the allegations made against him in the lawsuit and, consistent with that view, will not be making any financial payments.
McHenry filed a sexual-harassment complaint against George Murdoch (aka Tyrus), among others, including the FOX News Network, Fox Entertainment Group, Fox Corp, News Corp, Fox Nation head John Finley, Fox Nation executive producer Jennifer Rauchet and FOX human resources executive Monica Mekeel in December 2019 over lewd text messages she alleged she received while she and Murdoch were co-hosting FOX News' Un-PC.
The story first came to light in June 2018 when The Daily Beast in Great Britain reported that Tyrus had been removed from the series and later followed up with accusations that Tyrus had allegedly sexually harassed McHenry. The Beast’s report alleged that Tyrus, “on multiple occasions, sent her unwanted and unsolicited text messages with lewd, sexual comments.”
The Beast’s report led to FOX News issuing the following statement: “While we are not at liberty to discuss the details of any employee matter, we follow strict protocols when matters such as these are brought to our attention, and we make no exceptions. The process works because of the extensive systems and measures we have instituted. This situation was independently investigated and we consider the matter resolved. We respect the confidentiality of all involved.”
McHenry responded to the FOX News statement, tweeting (and later deleting), "You act like I don't like have proof," she wrote. "Smh [Shaking my head]. Carry on." McHenry later hired attorney Douglas Wigdor, who had previously filed a number of lawsuits for clients allegedly wronged by FOX News.
Murdoch was a former bodyguard for Snoop Dogg who was signed to a WWE developmental deal and trained in the WWE system. Christened Brodus Clay, he officially debuted for the WWE main roster as the Dancing “Funkasaurus” in 2012, working for the company for several years. After departing WWE, Murdoch began using the ring name Tyrus and worked for Impact Wrestling and would at times appear on FOX News via satellite from backstage at Impact tapings in Orlando. After first appearing on the Greg Gutfield Show, Murdoch's role on the cable news network gradually grew.
When asked by The Hollywood Reporter's Jeremy Barr whether his departure from UN-PC was related to McHenry via private messaging on Twitter, Murdoch responded, "No comment and don't message me again," before blocking Barr on the social media platform.
Murdoch's attorney Tom Clare told The Wrap in December 2019 that Murdoch denied McHenry’s accusations and would be pursuing defamation counterclaims. “He looks forward to having a public forum in the court system to clear his name from the smear campaign that has been waged against him in the media,” Clare said.
After leaving UN-PC, Murdoch was given his own series on FOX News’ streaming platform that was regularly plugged during WWE's Friday Night Smackdown. As Tyrus, he appears regularly for the National Wrestling Alliance.

WWE Gets Paid A TON Of Money Just So, They Could Get Sh*tty Service Streaming A Pay Per View (Gotta Love it)
I'm glad I don't watch WWE's crappy product cause I would've been PISSED OFF had i paid to see a PPV just to have it go black. I heard the term "You get what you pay for" and obviously, WWE got paid a ton of money thinking they got a great deal? But instead, it's like paying the price for a Rolls Royce, but instead, getting the worst used car the dealer has on his lot.
Maybe they should've just stuck with what they had before, eh? It wasn't broke, they tried to fix it and look what they got as a result.
WWE received a significant amount of negative social media feedback over a moment that took place in tonight’s RAW Women’s Title match at the WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view, which saw Charlotte Flair win the strap from Rhea Ripley.
Becky Lynch posted a photo before the pay-per-view and confirmed that she was in attendance at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. This led to more speculation on a possible Lynch return, but probably meant that she was not returning tonight. Fans chanted for Lynch several times during the Flair vs. Ripley match. Flair responded to one “we want Becky!” chant by giving a middle finger salute to the Texas crowd.
WWE production tried to black out the screen to block Flair’s middle finger to the crowd, but it was still visible on the live Peacock/WWE Network feed. The attempted edit led to many fans knocking the company on Twitter, making them a complete fucking laughingstock.
And then to make matters worse was Peacock, who paid WWE a lot of money promising superior service, having streaming issues with the pay per view.
Can't edit out things right, can't provide premium service for a pay per view, and WWE GLADLY accepted Peacock's money just so they could get this shitty service. This is what happens when WWE DOESN'T micromanage something themselves? LMAO!
The heavy buffering issues began after the RAW Women’s Title match between Rhea Ripley and new champion Charlotte Flair, and were resolved a few minutes into the Men’s Money In the Bank Ladder Match, which was won by Big E. Many fans apparently missed all of the backstage segment with Riddle, Rick Boogs and King Shinsuke Nakamura, and the entrances to the Men’s MITB Ladder Match.
WWE reportedly did not pause the pay-per-view while the issues were going on because initially the company was not aware of any issues, or "so they say" but how could they NOT be aware of it? Weren't they watching? SOMEBODY should've been monitoring it, DDUUHH!!. The streaming issues were only with the Peacock feed in the United States, and did not emanate from the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, the site of the pay-per-view. The issues were coming from wherever Peacock was picking up the stream, and then sending it out to their subscribers. So it all falls back on Peacock not being fully prepared or expert enough to successfully pull off streaming a live pay per view that many people paid to see. The international feed of the WWE Network had zero issues, so WWE kept the broadcast going because they also had an international audience viewing the show.
So they basically said "Fuck the fans in the U.S. who cares if they paid for the show and can't see it, "The Show Must Go On".. Much like after Owen Hart died in the ring, "the show must go on". Hell of a mentality WWE has, hell of a mentality.
It was also interesting to note that since Peacock fixed their stream, the feed was one belonging to the WWE Network, not Peacock, as the stream no longer featured any of the Peacock graphics. makes you go, "HHHMMM".
The issues also led to multiple fans complaining about how they were unable to fast forward or rewind on Peacock. The platform told fans on Twitter that player controls will be rolling out on additional devices soon, including on Roku and Android TV later this month.
It sure as hell doesn't help them NOW, when the fans fucking wanted it, dipshits.
Peacock responded to more complaints after the pay-per-view and made it known that the replay is available for viewing. Peacock also issued various responses, some generic, to dozens of fans as you'll see below. Corporate America at its finest when it comes to avoiding and deflecting on an issue that's THEIR fault.

It must be Amateur Hour over at "83 Weeks" as this video was uploaded pretty fucking horribly.
I mean seriously, how in the fuck, can someone think, uploading a video where the audio is off from the video was considered a "great idea" to do? When the audio comes before you see Conrad or Eric's lips move? it's a pretty obvious red flag that someone screwed up the uploading process here.
But of course, don't even TRY and fix it, or upload it again and this time do it CORRECTLY.. NNNAA, why would you wanna 'do that' for? That would make way too much sense, eh? "NNAA, we'll just leave the fucked up one up there, who cares if if it's screwed up, as long as it's up there that's all that matters".. is that the mentality?

CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING ATLANTA DEBUTS THIS SEPTEMBER FROM CENTER STAGE THEATER
The latest Championship Wrestling chapter from Dave Marquez's United Wrestling Network will debut on Thursday 9/2.
Championship Wrestling Atlanta will tape from the historic Center Stage Theater, which was the home of WCW Saturday Night for many, many years during Turner Broadcasting's ownership of World Championship Wrestling. The event has also hosted Ring of Honor PPVs as well as TV tapings and live events for the original ECW as well as various independent events.
Championship Wrestling will broadcast weekend on Atlanta's channel 17, bringing pro wrestling back to its original TV home in the Peachtree State.
