COMPLETE COURT BAUER MLW MEDIA CALL AUDIO "Exclusive" Only To PWInsider Subscribers? Bullshit!

According to PWInsider, the Court Bauer (of MLW) media call is content available 'exclusively' only7 to VIP Subscribers, OR.. That's what they'd have you believe.

BUT.. Go right here... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Ai1lCPf4QU and you can hear it in it's entirety.. FOR FREE.

BOOM.. Man that's gotta suck, knowing it's so readily available like this and you dumb shits are actually trying to charge people to hear it? Damn..

Why subscribe to hear something you can hear for free? DUH! Only a dumb ass would do that.

Nice try PWInsider..  But it's for free so you may as well go ahead and delete that post.

Pretty embarrassing when MLW posts the very media call for free that you clowns actually try and charge people to listen to.

New York State Athletic Commission Sure Screwed With New Japan Pro Wrestling

Somebody on that commission sure had a hair up their ass for some reason..

The company that usually provides ambulances for the building was called the morning of the show to say it was canceled.  Those backstage found out at about 5:30 p.m. and ended up getting an FDNY ambulance to the building in time for the show to start.  The Athletic Commission rep said that if there was a shooting nearby the ambulance would have to leave and wouldn't accept it or allow the show to go on.  A second FDNY ambulance came but it was the same story.

Two other ambulances ended up being brought in so at one point there were four ambulances there.  At this point the two FDNY ones left since the commission wouldn't accept them.  Then somebody tried to tell one of the ambulances (a commission person) that two weren't needed and one of the others could go, but those associated with the show asked, what if somebody needed an ambulance and thus, with only one, there wouldn't be one there, and the commission said they would have to stop the show at that point until the ambulance got back.  So they kept two.

They also had four doctors, three more than necessary, on their own including one that spoke Japanese.  At the time the video played, the two ambulances were there but the commission would not allow the show to start until they were in the back of the building and a stretcher was in the building, as they were in the front of the building when they wanted to start the show and were told they couldn't.  NJPW was also told the barricade couldn't be used to throw wrestlers in, no fighting outside the ring, no tables and no blading.  For union reasons, the show was supposed to end by 11 p.m. but we're told even with rushing the show, NJPW decided to run overtime even with the added cost

When New Japan’s local promoter asked what would happen if a wrestler got injured and needed to be transported, they were told the show would be halted until the ambulance returned.  At that point, a rep for the show put his foot down and demanded both ambulances stay.  The FDNY ambulance left about an hour after the show started, so for the first hour of the show, there were four ambulances sitting there after the show was delayed nearly 90 minutes because there were zero ambulances
.
The local promoter in NYC, as an extra measure, made sure there was a Japanese speaking doctor in attendance so there would be no language barriers if there was an injury.

TRIPLE H DISCUSSES NXT ON USA NETWORK, SAYS HE HOPES AEW BRINGS 'THE BEST PRODUCT THEY CAN FOR THE FANS'

With AEW and WWE NXT going head to head starting this week, WWE's Triple H sat down with Brian Fritz of The Sporting News to discuss WWE NXT on the USA Network and discussed AEW

highlights from the conversation:
Growing NXT:
"It's a funny thing. I haven't had a day or a period go by in NXT over the last five years on Wednesday nights where it sat on the (WWE) Network that I haven't thought about making it better. I always want it to be better. I want the product to be better. You do things for a while, maybe that gets stale. You want to switch to something else. That's constantly about improving the product, but in this moment on USA, you continue down the same path of wanting it to be better but you also want to embrace the thing that it is that makes it different and makes fans engage with it on a different level.
There's a reason why the NXT brand, while we already have a large key demo of 18-34-year-olds, there's a reason why NXT resonates with that so heavily. You want to embrace that. And while the platform changes, I'm looking to run towards that difference, not away from that difference, and make it more of the same or more or something else. Any fears that it's going to become something that it isn't or shift or anything like that are unfounded because if anything, we're going to make it more of that. "
Whether there is a Wednesday Night War:
"It's a funny thing. I don't hear anybody going the Tuesday night sitcom wars are off the chart. It's just a genre of entertainment in a way and to say there's this war, first of all, for me, it comes down to putting on the best show and I've been saying this over and over. Since day one, we've been on Wednesdays on the network. Since day one, I have thought about trying to make each show better than the one before, trying to raise talent to another level, trying to make this product the best product it can be while embracing its difference from "RAW" and from "SmackDown" and everything else that's out there.
We have the opportunity five years, in or whatever it is, to stay in our time slot, go to the No. 1 cable channel on television and expand it so there's more opportunity for everybody, but the goal is the same. It doesn't matter to me if there's another show on that night. It doesn't matter to me if there's somebody else in the space. I'm not concerned with that, especially not yet given the fact that so far, they've held four, five shows. And they've been great. But they're one-off shows.
Fifty-two weeks a year, two hours live every week is a different animal. Totally different animal. So, until that's started happening and happened for a while, because an immediate splash ... People have asked me right now, we had tremendous success last week (the Wednesday, Sept. 18 edition) with the rating for NXT, over a million people watching. The rating was great. A 200 percent increase in the 18-34 demo. On every level. I'm happy with that, but to me, this is a marathon. It's not a sprint.
When we got this opportunity on USA, it was an opportunity to stand at the starting line of a marathon. I'm interested in the long haul. I'm interested in what this company has done for 50 years, with that they've done for 30 (years) with "RAW, what they've done for 20 (years) with "SmackDown" which is what this company does better than anybody else on the planet: week in, week out, live sports entertainment and doing what we do. And it doesn't matter what's out there.
There's competition that we've dealt with for years. You can look back and say a brief period with WCW, but the competition we've dealt with for years is the NFL, is Major League Baseball. It's large scale sporting events. It's political debates. It's everything that is out there and that's what we deal with. So, my goal is to put on the best show possible every single week and we'll see what the future brings because right now, it's just a bunch of speculation over two-week programming that hasn't even started yet and there's no track record of success long-term of a two-hour, weekly live event in any way, shape, or form."
What He Learned from WCW vs. WWE:
"I have learned something every single day that I have been in this business since the day that I got in it. It's a funny thing; sometimes people use the developmental comment. Everybody that's in this business is developmental because if you don't believe that this business changes on a day-to-day, week-to-week, year-to-year basis, you've already failed. It changes.
Fans’ opinions change, their thoughts change, what they're willing to accept changes. The way people view things, the way they talk about it through social media and everything else, the way they consume the product and the in-betweens of the product changes. That, in and of itself, means it's all developmental because you're trying it all on every single day and seeing what works and what doesn't. Anybody that thinks differently, they've already lost because it changes.
I've picked up things along the way and, you're right, we've been through this before. We've been through this with WCW. We've also been through it with TNA. I haven't heard that brought up a lot, but that's a fact. What is the level of what it is right now? I don't know. I don't know until we see, but I hope they bring the best product that they can for fans. I hope that they do and we'll bring ours and then we'll go from there. But until I see what the product is, it's hard for me to even comment on it because there is no product right now, not on a two-hour live basis every week."

AEW STEPS IN TO HELP AFTER WWE TALENTS ARE PULLED FROM UK EVENT (Boom, Take THAT, WWE))

After WWE pulled their talent from Southside Wrestling's final event several days ago, AEW stepped in to help, announcing Cody and Brandi Rhodes, MJF and Shawn Spears would be heading over to appear and compete at the event next month

Boom.. Feel that burn, WWE. :

RICK BOGNAR PASSES AWAY

The Cauliflower Alley Club today announced the passing of Rick Bognar, who performed for FMW in Japan as Big Titan, for the WWF as the 'fake" Razor Ramon brought in by Jim Ross in 1996.  The CAC's announcement reads:
The CAC would like to pass our condolences to the family and friends of Rick Bognar aka Big Titan from FMW and “Fake Razor Ramon” in the WWF. Per his brother, Rick passed away suddenly at the age of 49 back on the 20th of September. A great motivational speaker after he left wrestling; he will be sorely missed.

Bognar broke into the business working in the Canadian independent scene in the late 1980s.  His primary run in the business was in Japan, working as Big Titan for Atsushi Onita’s Frontier Martial Arts Wrestling, after Ricky Fuji helped him get into the company.

Bognar as Titan teamed regularly with the late Mike Awesome and was part of a Canadian-themed stable with Fuji and Dr. Luther.  He and Awesome (wrestling as The Gladiator) were the first FMW Brass Knuckles Tag Team Champions while Bognar had a short two week run as the FMW World Martial Arts Champion as a transitional champion, beating Onita but losing it a short time later to Tarzan Goto.

After his FMW run, Bognar slid over to Genichiro Tenryu’s Wrestle and Romance (WAR), competing as a m ember of the Fuyuki Gun stable led by Kodo Fuyuki.

As Big Titan, Bognar made several appearances in 1996 in the original Extreme Championship Wrestling, including beating Sabu protégé Judge Dreadd during the Big Ass Extreme Bash weekend.  He would then appear on a TV taping in Allentown, PA under the ring name “Slice N’ Dice Ramirez” basically playing a parody of Scott Hall’s Razor Ramon persona.

Whether it was meant to be a tryout for WWE or not, the ECW bout ends up getting  Bognar as job with the WWF.  In September 1996, the Monday Night War is on with Scott Hall and Kevin Nash having jumped to WCW to help launch the NWO storyline, tipping the scales strongly towards WCW’s side.  WWF was furious about the unspoken implication that their wrestlers had, at their behest, come to invade WCW, to the point that WWF files a trademark infringement lawsuit over the illegal usage of Halls’ Ramon character and Nash’s Diesel persona.
This leads to a segment at the Great American Bash 1996 PPV where Hall and Nash, interviewed by Eric Bischoff, state that they not with WWF and they are there of their own accord, before attacking and powerbombing Bischoff through a table.

WWF sought to prove that they owned their characters and it was the characters, not the performers who mattered.  Jim Ross, in the midst of a failed heel turn, announced he would be bringing Razor and Diesel to Raw the following week.  This leads to tons of speculation (and business for 900-number hotlines) at that time before Bognar comes out playing the role of Razor and the future Kane, Glenn Jacobs shows up as the new Diesel.

The gimmick died an immediate death, with the audience not accepting the idea.  Bognar worked for several months in the role, all the way through the January 1997 Royal Rumble.   He competed at the 1996 Survivor Series and with Jacobs, challenged Owen Hart and Davey Boy Smith for the WWF Tag Team Championship at the In Your House 12 PPV.
While Jacobs would be repackaged as Kane in October 1997, becoming one of the longest running performers in WWF/WWE history, Bognar would exit once his WWF deal expired.

Bognar would then head to New Japan Pro Wrestling, where he was placed in the NWO Japan stable (playing off the idea of Scott Hall in the actual NWO), competing through April 1999.  A neck injury against Shinya Hashimoto began to limit what he could do in the ring, setting the stage for his exit.

Outside of pro wrestling, Bognar appeared on Disney’s Honey I Shunk the Kids: The Series in 1998 playing a barbarian and went on to write Wrestling with Consciousnes

Back To Having His Promos Scripted For Him Is...

Former Impact Wrestling Champion John Hennigan has signed a deal to return to World Wrestling Entertainment,
.
Hennigan, 39 years old, had a long run with WWE after winning the third season of their Tough Enough reality series, performing for the promotion through 2011 as John Morrison.    During his first run with the company, he held the WWE Intercontinental Championship, the WWE version of the ECW title and had several WWE Tag Team title reigns with Joey Mercury.

Hennigan was also one of the top stars in the El Rey Network's Lucha Underground promotion, performing as Johnny Mundo and holding the Lucha Underground Championship.  In Mexico, Hennigan held the AAA Mega Championship as well as their Cruiserweight title.   Hennigan's most recent national run had been with Impact Wrestling, where he debuted in 2017.

Over the course of his Impact run, Hennigan (as Johnny Impact) held the promotion's top title and had been one of the cornerstones of the company.    He departed this past July after the Slammiversary PPV.  He had really found himself there with his "Mayor of Slamtown" persona.

Outside of professional wrestling in recent years, Hennigan has also cultivated quite an acting resume in both independent films and TV series over the last several years.   Hennigan has a new short horror film The Iron Sheik Massacre set for release this Fall.  He co-wrote, executive produced and starred in the independent film Boone the Bounty Hunter, which was released in 2017.  Hennigan appeared in the first season of Netflix's GLOW and appeared in Russell MadnessSharknado 5 and Hercules Reborn, among other films.

One would assume that Hennigan, who has slipped in and out of a number of in-ring names over the years, will revert back to his old John Morrison WWE ring name upon his return.

THIS.. Is What Happens When You Have A Working Agreement With The WWE

Southside Wrestling announced that WWE has pulled all of its NXT UK talent from their farewell show on October 26. Revolution Pro Wrestling is taking over Southside operations starting on October 28.

And if that wasn't bad enough, here's this one..

wXw announced that WALTER won’t be appearing at Sunday’s World Tag Team Festival event due to a scheduling conflict. It was noted that Ilja Dragunov will still be on the show.

SO.. Here's the 'genius' of the WWE, showing how fucking stupid they are.. WxW has a show called The World tag team festival, one of the main tag teams that's been most hyped for this show (and I've seen the hype on it) IS WALTER and Ilja Dragunov... So in some 'brilliant, brainfart moment' the WWE decides to only pull ONE MEMBER of the stated most hyped tag team? WHAT THE FUCK are WxW supposed to do with just ONE MEMBER of this team now? It defeats the whole fucking purpose of even HAVING them there if the WWE is gonna pull only ONE MEMBER, and leave the other one there.

Someone besides me does realize this makes WWE look stupid as hell, right? If you're gonna pull one, why not pull both Especially when the show you're pulling that one member of a tag team from is a TAG TEAM FESTIVAL.. DUH! Dumb ass..

I guess I'd be the only one with the balls (cause I've always been 'that guy') to call WWE on this and say "Let's see this alleged 'scheduling conflict', and then ask "why is it suddenly NOW, a scheduling conflict, when it wasn't when you first agreed to let them BOTH, appear on the show? I'd be asking for proof, PROVE there's an actual REAL conflict.. Show me proof and I bet, WWE would just show excuses.

I went thru this bullshit when I worked for WWA New England in 1998. I had a show i was locally promoting for WWA NE that had the WWF's Training Dojo on it.. And two people on the dojo (Al Snow and Jim Cornette) were pulled from the show i was locally promoting, BUT.. Were going to appear on the WWA NE's show THE NEXT NIGHT in Milford, Mass. We had the posters, the flyers with their names on it so when i heard they were pulled (day of the show no less) I had WWA NE owner Fred Sparta get on the phone with who he dealt with at WWF.. (Howard Finkel).. Took me 15 minutes of nonstop bitching and swearing to get Fred to do it but a threat of him never having another show in NH (Cause I said I'd quit and get a gig with another New England indie group and have them bring shows up here) to get Finkel on the phone..

Finkel asked who I was and I said "I'm the mother fucker who got this show together here in Farmington, NH, mother fucker, and I want to see proof that Snow and Cornette are allegedly 'double booked' and are in Nashville tonight". I said "I have people who bought tickets so they could see Cornette and Snow and if you pulled them, I want to provide proof to the reason you're giving, so fax me, or email me the fucking proof, cause I'm calling bullshit on this".

Funny how that proof never came.. Alot of excuses came though, but never did any proof to their excuse ever materialize.. Imagine that.

So yeah, If I was working for WxW I'd be asking for some proof. And calling bullshit on the WWE. Because if this.. is the kind of shit you get thanks to having a working agreement with them? I'd be wanting to leave that agreement, telling the WWE "See ya, this agreement isn't, 'working' with us, anymore".

In the end what the WWE did was indeed, a bitch move on their part.

Rocky Raymond's LGDS 082 Best of Steve Bradley

I personally had the pleasure of knowing the late Steve Bradley.. When I lived in NH he was working for Sylvano Sousa's Atlantic Wrestling Federation.. Which rans shows in NH and Mass. Sousa ran regularly in Manchester, NH and I along with a friend of mine were able to tape Sousa's shows. I had the copies of those tapes as I traded and sold wrestling tapes in the tape trading scene back in the 90's.

I know for a fact that a tape I helped him compile of matches from Sousa's shows is what helped get him a WWF Developmental deal that had him go to les Thatcher's HWA, Memphis Power pro, IWA in Puerto Rico and i believe some time in OVW as well.

Steve was one of many that the WWF (Now WWE) missed the boat on in a huge way. he had all the talent, the mic skills and the right attitude, WWE, just didn't see what many many many fans saw..

I'm glad Rocky Raymond made this, this shows why Steve was a superstar and why he should've been used better in the WWE than he really was.

Yours Truly Puts The People At "Keepin It' 100" In Their Place (They, Got Checked. :) ) (Updated- 9-25-19 @ 6:10am)

So I listen to a segment of "Keep it 100" that they posted on YouTube.. It had Don Callis on it.

After listening to it, i made a reply about how Callis had said on his own podcast that HE, was 'going to get rid of the silliness that has plagued Impact for years". I've brought this up several times since he made that claim that, how can he 'get rid of the silliness' if he's now THE ONE writing and booking the silliness, and how he never seems to have an answer to that..

As you'll see by the shots here, the replies they and someone made, and mine afterwards easily put them in their place..

I always love how dumb asses say 'nobody wants to go to your blog" and then I go and show them proof like this.. That's checks their asses with ease..

Yeah, that's a 'whole lot' of nobody, dipshits.. This is just from today so far, and the more they reply, the more people will click the links I posted as replies on YouTube.. I love how these dumb fucks are always so stupid to say that "Nobody wants to look at your blog" BS which in turn ALWAYS, has people come look at it.. Idiots like these always fall for one of the oldest tricks in the book, every time..

This is what happens when I 'keep it 100' and put "Keep it 100" in  check, with no effort whatsoever. :) Boom.

Update- 9-24-19 7:30 PM.

I love how marks now, when they get proven wrong? Try and play it off with a lame cop out that just makes then look even more stupid. So typical of today's 'mark' to do this, they ALWAYS try this, and make Themselves look worse, every time.

Guess he forgot what he said a few replies above the current one, that re-puts him, in check, once again. Damn this gets so easy, some day these kind of dumb 'marks' will actually make it a challenge. Someday.. Today obviously, won't be that day, LMAO!

9-25-19 @ 6:10 am)

This is the latest reply after this story has come out. 'Someone" (probably Glen aka "Disco" hiding like a bitch behind the "Keepin It 100" YouTube account thinks they got themselves over by calling me a 'mark".

If that's the best attempt at an insult this guy can come up with, then he better go to insult school, and also grow a set and reply without hiding behind the "Keepin' It 100" Account name. Only a bitch has to do that. Boom, checked again,.

Dustin Rhodes On Being AEW's Promo Coach, What He's Hoping To Accomplish In That Role

After spending most of his career with WWE under the gimmick of Goldust, Dustin Rhodes is now bringing his 30 years of wrestling experience to AEW. His first match was a brother v brother match with Cody but Dustin is also in AEW to provide backstage help in the form of cutting promos and even would like to run an AEW wrestling school.
Dustin talked more about the art of promos when he took part in an interview with Bleacher Report.
"I've been hired as a promo coach, and I want to help teach them how to talk," Rhodes said. "You don't have to take this gigantic paragraph of text and memorize that s--t word for word, because it's going to come off bland and not true to your character.
"We'll work out who the character is and figure out which way they think they should go, which way the company wants them to go, and find a happy medium. I can teach them to cut promos where they don't need to be on a script constantly. We can hit some bullet points and make it their own. The key is stepping out of your comfort zone and taking a chance. Take a chance on making something cool."
His comments jibe with AEW's mantra since day one in that they will not hire any writers. It will be on the wrestlers themselves, with help from veterans like Rhodes, to develop their characters and come up with promos.
"Some of these wrestlers have never really done promos, and a lot of them have never done TV. They are nervous about it, and those are the ones I'm going to push the most," Rhodes said. "Let's see it. Let's hear it. With some oomph and conviction. Give me what my dad used to give us: charisma. I want to see your character. That's what I'll do my best to teach."
In addition to helping with promos, Rhodes will also assist with storytelling in the ring. He still wants the wrestlers to be their own characters and not have their hands held like what may go on in other promotions, but Rhodes can give them little nuggets that will make them stand out.
"We will have time to tell stories and not be stuck trying to do a four-minute television match. That's exciting to me, and I think I can help them learn how to be a babyface, how to be a heel, how to sell, how to tell a story. Put a big move over here instead of where they want to put it—and trust me on these things and trust that it will work," Rhodes stated.
