The Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championship will be on the line this Saturday, February 12 at Warrior Wrestling 19.
Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe announced on Twitter today that their match with JD Drake and Anthony Henry on Saturday's show will now be for the ROH World Tag Team titles. Warrior Wrestling 19 will be available for purchase on FITE TV.
The Briscoes brought up AEW in their video promo as well, outright stating that for those watching the video expecting an announcement regarding a potential move to the company, they should, in their own words "Turn this shit off", as there would be no such announcement today.
Jay and Mark captured the ROH Tag titles at the Final Battle pay-per-view in December, ROH's last event before going on hiatus. The company is set to return to action with Supercard of Honor on WrestleMania weekend on Friday, April 1 at the Curtis Culwell Center in the Dallas area.

During a recent interview with PopCulture Jericho had the gasll to say the following.
"“Not that there’s any comparison, but I think I’m kind of taking on like The Undertaker role in the WWE for his last few years there. Where every time he does something, it’s impactful; it means something. He’s a benefit to have in the locker room. He’s a leader. He’s very experienced. He can tell guys and girls what they’re doing right and what they’re doing wrong. And it’s just a good person to have around your roster.”
Yes, he did say that, and I'm sure hke said it with a straight face, not knowing how many people are actually laughing at him now because he said that.
HIM? The "Undertaker role"? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Sorry Jericho but I don't think so.
How in the fuck can HE, decide that HE, is gonna take on the "Undertaker role" as a locker room leader? The last few programs he's been in have sucked out loud, his promos haven't been as great as they once were, a lot of what he does is straight out of the WWE way of doing things (which again I bring up, AEW claims they want to be the 'alternative' to WWE but yet does a whole bunch of shit that's straight out of what WWE does, but the AEW 'marks' either don't see it or don't WANT to see it), and then add in the fact you have a whole bunch of other wrestling legends there that actually would be more qualified top take that role, than Jericho.
I guess Chris kind of forgot that last part, which goes to show that's what happens when you go talking out your ass, which Jericho does have a habit of doing during interviews.
I guess, if we're to go by Jericho's logic. Guys like Arn Anderson, Jake Roberts and Tully Blanchard aren't 'qualified enough' to take that role, only HE IS?
HHMM, yeah I kinda doubt that. But hey. nice try though.
Nice to see that Jericho has a sense of humor, even though he did say that with the utmost seriousness, it's too bad that when he said it, it became unintentionally funny.
Especially when nobody is gonna take that quote, or him serious.
You can see that interview where he said that line, here. https://popculture.com/sports/news/chris-jericho-details-undertaker-role-aew-exclusive/

AEW star Joey Janela was a recent guest on the Rasslin’ podcast where he spoke about Various things, but the thing that stood out? Was his answer when asked abouyt huis contract status in AEW.
When it comes to his future with AEW, Joey Janela admitted he doesn’t know what is happening. He addressed rumors of his contract while admitting he 'thinks', his deal will be extended with the company.
“I don’t know, I don’t even talk to them, I get a cheque, but I don’t know what’s going on. I saw some rumors that said 4/30, my contract is up, April 30th. So, I don’t know what the f**k is going on. I think it will,” he said on if his contract will be extended. “If it doesn’t I look like a f**king id**t right now.
You can say that again, you definitely look like a f*cking idiot. You won't get any arguments against that, from anybody.
You work for a well known wrestling company that's known around the world and you 'don't call them' to find out if your contract to work there is gonna be renewed? Is Joey really this much of a freaking dumb ass?
The answer is apparently obvious, YES, he really IS, a dumb ass.
But this isn't the first time he's made himself look like a moron.
There's this quote from him when Combat Zone Wrestling Got exposed on their treatment odf women they have on the show. Story can be see here. https://billsbrandnewblog.blogspot.com/2020/05/combat-zone-wrestling-exposed-and-its.html
Then there's when a staff member Bill Walkowitz 'checked' Joey so bad with barely any effort that Janela ran and his behind a block. THAT story can be seen here. https://billsbrandnewblog.blogspot.com/2020/06/the-bad-boy-joey-janela-gets-owned-and.html
The result as you can see from that exchange was this, Joey running knowing he got punked, and blocking Bill with a quickness.
And let's not forget when Joey got 'owned' by MLW COO, MSL too. That story is here. https://billsbrandnewblog.blogspot.com/2022/01/joey-janela-gets-checked-by-mlw-coo-msl.html
So yes, Joey Janela has a habit of making himself look like a f*cking idiot, he just can't help himself and it's obvious he's pretty damn good at it.
Here's the interview where he sounds confused whether he 'thinks' his AEW contract will be renewed or not.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcLpHS7r_jU
Joey shouldn't interviews about anything anymore, seriously.
Besides, who'd really want to interview a well known moron like Joey? And Why? He obviously brings nothing to the table so why waste your time.
He's proven by being a constant moron, he isn't worth it.

Former AWA World Women's Champion Candi Devine, real name Candace Rummel has passed away. Devine was 63 years old at the time of her passing. We are not aware of the cause of her death but have been told that she had just gone into hospice recently.
A Nashville native, Devine first got involved in the business running a fan club for Lanny Poffo and working as a ring girl for the Poffo family's ICW promotion in Kentucky. She was trained by Don Fargo, Joey Rossi and Owen Henley and broke into the business in 1976.
While working for Verne Gagne's AWA, Devine held the AWA Women's Championship on several occasions, feuding with the late Sherri Martel and was a regular babyface performer for years. She worked with the promotion through 1990, working with Madusa, last winning the AWA title from Judi Martin to determine the new champion after Wendi Richter exited the promotion.
Devine also worked for Herb Abrams' UWF promotion, losing to Rockin' Robin to establish Robin as the first-ever Women's Champion at the Beach Brawl PPV in 1991. When the promotion later began popping up for additional events in the mid-1990s, Devine was crowned the champion. Devine also worked for the LPWA promotion, billed as The Goddess.
Devine also held the WWC Women's Championship in Puerto Rico, feuding with the late Monster Ripper. True to Devine's reputation of doing anything necessary for the business, WrestleReunion promoter and former referee Sal Corrente relayed a tale that while working the territory, there was an advertised appearance from movie character Robocop on a big show. He went backstage to see who was playing Robocop and it was Devine in the suit, having just wrestled Monster Ripper.
Devine was a true journeywoman of the business and traveled endlessly, continuing to wrestle through the late 1990s and appearing for every wrestling promotion you could imagine, from WWF on down.
She also wrestled Diane Von Hoffman aka Moondog Fifi for 2 summers in Canada 1983-1985. Moon Dog Fifi defeated Candi for her belt in 1994 in Evansville, IN.
Devine defeated Bambi on a USWO card on October 14, 2005.
