AAAWWW, Poor Kenny Omega Is Reportedly Upset After AEW Revolution, Revolution Content Removed From Twitter, LOL!
I saw the ending and it was as bad and lame as the exploding barbed wire match that Terry Funk and Cactus Jack had in IWA Japan many years ago.
Now.. There's no way anyone in AEW can defend being called a lame ass wrestling company. Right now they're as big a laughingstock as Jeff Jarrett's Global Force Wrestling was.
Congrats, it's well deserved that AEW is a laughingstock of the wrestling world now.
AEW World Champion Kenny Omega was reportedly angry after last night’s Exploding Barbed Wire Deathmatch main event at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view.
As noted, last night’s match saw Omega retain his title over Jon Moxley. After the match, the 30-minute timer kept counting down to a full explosion of the ring area. Moxley was still down in the ring, with Eddie Kingston covering him to potentially save him from the explosion. It was expected that the timed explosion would be this huge, grand blast, but it was a dud. The lackluster explosion led to a significant amount of negative feedback on social media.
Omega was said to be “furious” at the finale, according to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Live. No other details were provided, but Omega was not happy with how the ending went down. (I bet he was, I JUST BET, he was, hahahahahahaha.. That's what you get for trying something you're obviously not qualified enough to do, dipshits).
On a related note, AEW is apparently trying to keep clips of the dud blast off social media. They made several DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedowns on Twitter accounts today, with most, if not all, of the DMCA requests being for clips that were from the main event. AEW usually allows accounts to post GIFs from matches, and in the past they have said GIFs will be safe from DMCA requests.

WWE BANS SLAPPING THE LEG/THIGH WHEN THROWING KICKS (But it'll be Alive And 'Kicking'.. Everywhere Else)
In this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer discussed that WWE was cracking down on wrestlers for slapping their thigh or leg when throwing kicks and on Saturday's Wrestling Observer Radio, he had more details on the genesis of the new policy.
Meltzer said there is new signage outside the gorilla position and backstage that reads "Do not slap leg when kicking." From what Meltzer was told, Vince McMahon saw someone do a fairly obvious slap on an episode of SmackDown and got upset, resulting in the new doctrine. Meltzer initially reported there was a memo sent to NXT talent at one point but that no one said a word about it since it was sent.
It's unknown how WWE will enforce this new rule if it's broken.
"The irony of a group where Shawn Michaels is one of the main instructors, who grew up watching (Chris) Adams, getting mad because Internet trolls who hate the Young Bucks complain about thigh slapping is the ultimate in silliness. The only time I can recall it even being notable was once when Nikki Bella came off the top rope with a kick that missed. Because her body was so programmed on delivering a kick motion, she slapped her thigh in mid-air which was obvious on a kick that was supposed to miss. Yes, that spot should be taught not to do," he wrote in this week's Newsletter.
The slight of hand in creating a sound effect is something that has been part of the business for decades as noted by Meltzer:
"Mr. Wrestling II was famous for hard back slaps on the kneelift for sound effects. Dating back to the 50s, there was the stomp your foot hard on the mat at the moment of connection of the punch. The thigh slap superkick dates back to Chris Adams from when he came over from the UK. It’s one of the silliest things to worry about because the perfectly timed moves garner great crowd response generally. But it became a buzzword for people who are mad it’s used so frequently (as if punches weren’t far more frequent doing the same thing in the 70s and punches worked fine in those days)."
Bet AEW, Impact, ROH and everyone else won't ban it.. Wanna bet me? I'll gladly take your money. :)
Joey Mercury Files Lawsuit Against Ring Of Honor
Joey Mercury has filed a lawsuit in the state of Maryland against Ring of Honor and Sinclair Broadcasting over forced resignation and for being misclassified as an independent contractor, according to WrestleZone.
Mercury claims he was paid substantially less than other individuals performing the same services for similar companies. He also claims that he was misclassified as an independent contractor.
He allegedly was forced to resign due to the company’s lack of concern for the talent. The lawsuit claims that he expressed his concerns several times to both ROH and Sinclair regarding the lack of safety protocols and available medical supervision during matches.
Mercury (real name Adam Birch) filed suit in the state of Maryland against Ring of Honor and Sinclair Broadcasting claiming that he was an employee rather than an independent contractor during his time at the company, a tenure that spanned from May of 2018 to October 2019. The suit also claims that he was forced to resign due to the company’s “lack of concern for the talent” and his increased workload for the company without a “commensurate increase” in pay.
The Agreement clearly misclassifies Birch as an independent contractor when he was, in fact, an employee. Sinclair and ROH retained the right to control every aspect of Birch’s performance of services and overrode his independent judgment regarding the best manner in which to perform his services. Sinclair and ROH also retained the right to prohibit Birch from performing services for other entities without consent. Sinclair and ROH retained the right to terminate Birch’s performance of services for Sinclair and ROH, but denied Birch the right to terminate his provision of services during the first six months of the Agreement. Sinclair and ROH retained the right to terminate the relationship for cause and imposed a restrictive covenant.
The intent and import of the Agreement was to make Birch an employee while misclassifying him as an independent contractor
If Mercury is indeed misclassified as an independent contractor, then the lawsuit continues to file claim of breach of contract. He also seeks royalties due and his final claim happens to be abusive discharge (in the alternative) and makes the following statements further alleged that ROH failed to conduct matches in a safe manner for its talent.
Mercury worked with Ring of Honor from May 2018 to October 2019 as a trainer and agent.
last month former ROH Women’s Champion Kelly Klein filed a lawsuit against ROH due to employment discrimination.

She kept a constant smile for 98& of the match, guess showing some emotion that's supposed to be a 'fight' was thrown out the window for this. And what's with the lame suit coat Caleb was wearing? That a reject from Mike Awesome's Lame WCW gimmick Impact bought sat a garage sale?
And of course, Guess Callis and D'Amore are using the AEW booking concept now. Can't have clean finishes and HAVE to have something happen after almost every match? (rolls eyes).
Christ, Impact gets harder and harder to watch every week. Just watching the highlights gives me a headache, and a wanting to watch something, ANYTHING, better than this crap.

Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo takes on Jordynne Grace and one half of the Knockouts Tag Team Champions, Kiera Hogan, in a mile-a-minute main event that you have to see to believe!
I saw it, and couldn't believe it went this long. The'fight on the floor' before Jordan dived thru the ropes to break it up at the two minute mark, was indeed. one of the lamest brawls I've ever seen. Like they weren't even trying, it make it look believable.
And ODB, again? (yawns).. If they're really thinking this was a "mile a minute main event' then it proves everything I've said aboiut how horrible Don Callis and Scotty D'Amore are at booking.
I can see why not many people are interested in Impact's product. Great if you want a cure for insomnia, but not much else.

CHARITABLE WRESTLING SHOW CANCELED DUE TO JOEY RYAN INVOLVEMENT
A March wrestling event designed to raise money for a charity was canceled Tuesday after it became public that indie wrestler and former Bar Wrestling owner Joey Ryan was involved.
The Wrestling 4 Women’s Charity show in Knoxville, TN, was scheduled for March 20th featuring AEW wrestlers Brian Cage and Sonny Kiss, Impact Wrestling's Trey Miguel, 2 Cold Scorpio, Davey Boy Smith Jr., and JTG among others. A poster circulated on the event's Twitter account Tuesday where Ryan could be seen on the poster.
Based on the page to buy tickets, it would appear Bar Wrestling was actually promoting the show, using a new email address for the charity.
That led AEW owner Tony Khan to say on Twitter that he would remove talent from the event if Ryan were involved, but would still donate to the charity. That offer also came into question with Khan asking if the charity was even real.
Soon thereafter, the group announced on their now deleted Twitter account that they were canceling the whole show while implying they did nothing wrong:
“We apologize for riling everyone up. It is clear that we’re in over our heads. We’ll say that everybody booked was fully aware of all details including going through AEW’s 3rd party booking system for talent. Rather than put talent in a tough situation, we’ve canceled the show.”
At one point, the event had been announced as airing on FITE TV. However, the organization said on Twitter that they were not carrying the event.
Coming out of last summer's #SpeakingOut movement, Ryan was accused by multiple women of sexual assault. He is attempting to fight some of those charges in court as he has several lawsuits going. Ryan was released from Impact Wrestling (who he is suing) following the allegations and was edited off all previous episodes of Being The Elite that he was involved in.

Just when you think "marks" would eventually smarten up and not engage with me, here comes this newest dumb ass. And of course he does the very same shit all the other "marks:" do when they engage. Claim stuff, then don't produce it when called out on it.

This started because some other idiot in a FB group claimed Teddy Hart messaged him from Jail. If you're in jail you can't get online and message people. I said that and then this ass clown comes along claiming you can, when reality is? You can't.
And so as you'll see. I easily run rings around this clown. It never, ever.. Takes long for me to make dipshits look stupid.
If me making him look like a total moron wasn't enough. Someone I know messaged This Matthew idiot, and tried to tell him going one on one with me is a losing battle. You'd think the guy would take it into consideration?
Nope, as usual he showed to be as stupid as i thought he was. And my friend Micky clowned him with ease as well. Mickey messaged me part of it and I know he send my reply back to assclown I wasted. So you can see that response here. Making threats that won't do or accomplish a thing against me shows how stupid "marks' are, and always will be.
So another dipshit bites the dust. Fact is, no matter what jail you're in, anywhere.. If you're in jail the staff there will not, allow you to go onto FB and message people. Where this dumb fuck Matthew gets the idea you can do that from, I have no clue. maybe on Fantasy Island they allow it but in the real world? No dumb fuck, you can't.
The fact that there are people really THIS STUPID, walking the face of the earth sometimes, really amazes me.

He tried to say nobody reads this blog and yet, when I show him proof with stats that prove him wrong? What dies he do? The same thing, other "marks" do when they get proven wrong. They try every way possible to get around the fact they were proven wrong. As predictable as a rerun dipshits like this always are.

March 2, 2021---New York: FITE, the premier global digital platform for sports and entertainment, announced today that the National Wrestling Alliance will return on March 21st at 4pm ET with a live Pay Per view event; relaunching the promotion since it went on hiatus due to the global pandemic. Following the 'Back For The Attack' PPV, the NWA will resume a full schedule of NWA POWERRR events on Tuesdays at 6:05pm ET beginning on March 23rd, available via a low-cost subscription bundle.
