Jey Uso, real name Joshua Fatu, was arrested on 1/14 for what is listed as
"Driving While Intoxicated 1st" according to a bond listed on the website of the
County of Hidalgo, TX. The 1st indicates a first offense. He was arrested by
the "Department of Public Safety".
He bonded out shortly thereafter, the same day, on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
The charge will be considered a Class B misdemeanor provided his alcohol blood level was under 0.15 percent. For a first conviction he could have his license suspended for 90 days to a year. There is also possibility of jail time, but that is to be determined.
