After losing the NXT Title to Andrade "Cien" Almas, a trainer came into
the ring with Drew McIntyre.
Drew was nursing his left arm/shoulder when he walked back to locker room.
Triple H confirmed during his post-Takeover Wargames interview on Facebook that former WWE NXT champion Drew McIntyre is believed to have suffered a torn biceps muscle during his match with Andrade "Cien" Almas during NXT Takeover: Wargames and could require surgery. HHH said McIntyre will be undergoing an MRI ASAP.
WWE released the following interview with McIntyre after the Takeover show:
Former ECW World champion Taz was the first to recognize the injury and predicted it was a torn bicep, as he suffered the same injury during his WWE tenure:

I dont normally do this on here but i just watch the #NXTTakeOver Championship match, looked to me like @DMcIntyreWWE might've torn his bicep on the finish as he held the rope.
