TALENTS ANNOUNCED SO FAR FOR DEBUT CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING FROM ATLANTA TAPING NEXT MONTH

 


A number of talents for the debut Championship Wrestling from Atlanta TV taping have been announced for the Thursday 9/2 taping at The Center Stage Theater in Atlanta, GA, which was the home of WCW Saturday Night for many, many years during Turner Broadcasting's ownership of World Championship Wrestling.  The event has also hosted Ring of Honor PPVs as well as TV tapings and live events for the original ECW as well as various independent events.


Announced thus far for the taping are Chris Dickinson, The Awakening (aka former WWE stars The Ascension), UWN Tag Team Champions The Bodega, Suge D, Dani Jordan, AC Mack and more.

Championship Wrestling will broadcast on Atlanta's WPCH-DT channel 17 aka Peachtree TV on 10 PM EST on Saturday evenings, bringing pro wrestling back to its original TV home in the Peachtree State.  The official premiere date for next month has yet to be announced.


Championship Wrestling from Atlanta will join a number of other CW affiliates under the United Wrestling Network banner, including Memphis, Arizona and Hollywood.
