WWE are opposing The Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame attempt at trademarking
'World Class Championship Wrestling' for action figures and clothing purposes.
They mention that they acquired all WCCW trademarks from Kevin Von Erich around
May 2006 and that there will be a likelihood of confusion if the trademark gets
approved.
