Larry Zbyszko is angry over his being stripped of the National Heavyweight title he never actually won. The month prior, Zbyszko paid "Killer" Tim Brooks $25,000 for it if he could defeat then National Heavyweight Champion Paul Orndorff. Solie mentions a televised elimination tournament to determine a new champion. Then, Ric Flair comes out and taunts Tommy "Wildfire" Rich in a heated exchange. In between all of that, Gordon Solie (along with Ole Anderson) gives commentary over Omni footage of a match between Brian Blair and Tito Santana taking on Arn Anderson and Matt Borne with Paul Ellering at ringside. Rich and Flair come back out and says Rich has never beat him and Rich and Solie have to correct the record. WCW, April 1983.
