AEW "Pulls A WWE" And Yanks Star From Appearing At An Indie Event

AEW has reportedly pulled Shawn Spears from an indie event. The news is according to Limitless Wrestling's Facebook page. They explained that AEW pulled Spears from a video shoot this Friday in Portland, Maine for their event, Vacationland Cup 2019.
They had monitored his status on the show with his agent weekly and were assured that the date was locked. Limitless also explained that for the last 24 hours submitted travel solutions to both the agent and AEW to make it work for all parties, but all the ideas were denied.
Tommy Dreamer was also announced to replace Shawn Spears against Anthony Greene at Vacationland Cup 2019. Any VIP ticket holders who weren't satisfied with the news can get a refund.
Limitless ended the post by writing how the wrestling industry is continuously changing and new contracts arising, independent wrestling companies like Limitless will get the sh-- end of the stick in scenarios like this.
Their full quote was:
We've got some unfortunate news to pass along, so let's just jump into it. AEW has pulled Shawn Spears from our event this Friday in Portland for a video shoot, despite Limitless having an agreement with Shawn before his new contract was signed. We've monitored his status on this show with his agent WEEKLY leading up to Friday and were assured the date was locked. We've spent the past 24 hours submitting different travel solutions to Shawn's agent & AEW to make it work for all parties, all of which were denied.
Tommy Dreamer will replace Shawn Spears against Anthony Greene at #VLC2019. VIP ticket holders will receive a free Tommy Dreamer Limitless Trading Card + a free autograph from Dreamer. Any VIP ticket holders who are not satisfied and would like a refund can email RandyCarver@yahoo.com.
Unfortunately, with the wrestling industry continuously changing and new contracts arising, independent wrestling companies like Limitless will get the s--t end of the stick in scenarios like this. Our job is to always be up front and provide the best show possible for the best wrestling fans in the world. We'll be doing it again this Friday & I hope to see you there. Thanks for sticking with us.

Why should it ONLY be "VIP" Ticket holders who get a refund? ANY ticket holder who isn't satisfied with this should get a refund. Bet I won't get an answer to that one.
