In this episode of Gentleman Villain, Mr. Regal talks about one of the most important shows in recent wrestling history: NXT San Jose. This show has never been televised or been on the network, but it was this show that proved to WWE and fans around the world that the “NXT way” could work. With wrestlers like Finn, Charlotte, Becky, Sami, and Kevin on the card, 5,000 fans flocked to a hastily booked venue with a 10pm start time to see what co-host, Matt Koon, calls "the best show he’s ever been to."
