North American Heavyweight Champion Butch Reed was voted by the fans to wrestle JYD, but didn't want to scrap with the Dog, so he gives the shot to Magnum TA (whom he'd already wrestled and beaten) instead. But the stipulation is that The Junkyard Dog is special referee. Mid-South, October 1983.
