Mill Woods' own Gigi Rey returned home on August 17th, for the biggest show in Love Pro Wrestling history. However, not only was Rey wrestling in the first-ever event at the West Edmonton Mall Ice Palace, but she was also taking on a pair of her greatest rivals, Nicole Matthews and Jazmin Allure. Allure, who defended the GCWA Women's Championship at LPW 17, is one of the breakout stars of Women of Wrestling, and faced off with Rey throughout their home base of Texas. In Matthews, not only were both Rey and Allure faced with taking on a standard-bearer of the Canadian wrestling scene, but someone who had defeated Rey at LPW 8. Would Rey be able to earn a W in her homecoming match against two of her biggest rivals? Would Matthews continue to have Rey's number? Or, would Allure remain undefeated in Love Pro Wrestling?
