John Cena (The Prototype) & Mr. Black vs. Mark Henry & Big Show - Ohio Valley Wrestling

 

This match features John Cena in his FIRST OVW match under a WWE developmental contract. John Cena's independent career was short-lived, spending just over a year wrestling on the SoCal indy scene. Being that John Cena would recently announced his impending retirement, this match is fitting. OVW was WWE's developmental territory for the majority of the 2000s. The "Class of 2002" was collectively the most successful group to come out of the promotion, John Cena was part of that class.

Also in this match are WWE superstars, Big Show and Mark Henry. Both wrestlers would be sent to OVW in the 2000s to work on various attributes.
