This episode looks like a combination of matches that took place in New England for whatever shows Killer Kowalski was promoting and the Montreal territory. I know enough about this era of Montreal to know they were calling their TV show/promotion International Wrestling but I'm not 100% sure of the details of them running in New England or how/why they had TV there. As you'll see from the commercials this was being aired on a New Hampshire station, WNDS 50.
