Will Ospreay was announced as coming in during last night's Vice TV Fightland TV special. And for a company like MLW, that's nice game changer as he can and HAS, put asses in seats and has had people watch whatever company's product he appears in. There's been some rumors of Jeff Cobb potentially coming in as well.
MLW Fightland can be watched on Vice TV's On Demand platforms if you have the channel on your cable provider.
New MLW Champion Alexander Hammerstone suffered a badly sprained ankle during his match with Jacob Fatu but gutted through it. Hammerstone has pulled himself off his bookings this weekend to rest the ankle.
The November MLW return is slated to feature the War Chamber match on 11/6 in Philadelphia. MLW will skip December in Philly because the 2300 Arena has no open dates for them, (as stated by MLW owner Court Bauer in a recent interview) but will return there in January 2022 and beyond.
Jacob Fatu losing the title is not a sign of him leaving as some "marks" have tried to speculate, as he's only a few years into a five year agreement with MLW.
There will be a Thanksgiving night airing of MLW Fusion Alpha.
Next week's MLW Fusion: Alpha will be headlined by Mil Muertes vs. Richard Holliday. Holliday is a very under rated wrestler, his indy stuff for like Limitless Wrestling, XWA is worth going out of your way to watch.
