Back in 1989, Rowdy Roddy Piper was returning to WWF for WrestleMania V. During this time Piper also appeared in an angle for Don Owen in Portland. The Grappler & Piper had their feud which also included Nord the Barbarian (later the Berserker in WWF) and Scotty the Body (later known as Raven).
