Sinclair Broadcasting has come one step closer to purchasing Tribune Media after stockholders of Sinclair voted to approve the $3.9 billion acquisition. This would give Sinclair 42 new television stations and have television in 39 of the top 50 markets. This acquisition would greatly benefit ROH because it would be expected to get television exposure in those new markets.
