I remember going to a WWF House show in Durham, NH (Whitmore Center), He was facing Ron Simmons who was wearing the ugly Blue outfit(another blunder from 'creative'). Hopper comes to the ring and sees me second row ringside and what was I wearing? A Smokey Mountain Wrestling shirt. He smiled and gave me a 'thumbs up' my friends who were with me all marked out on that. Was able to meet him, Sunny and Tracy Smothers after the show and got to talk SMW with them(which was interesting since SMW was never played on tv in New England, LOL).
